Sponsors,  Adult  Advisors,  &  JLGA  Board  of  Directors  for  making  the  2010  Show  season  a  great  success,
we  certainly  couldn't  have  done  it  with  you.

Special  "Thanks"  for  our  Parent  &  Youth  Volunteers  who  helped  out  at  the  market  scales,
in  the  show  ring  keeping  classes  straight,  handing  out  ribbons,
&  awards  &  making  sure  everyone  was  accounted  for.

Sponsorships  may  be  shared  by  one  or  more  persons,  farms,  or  ranch.

JLGA  Sponsorship  Letter

To  print:
     1)  Right  click  at  the  end  of  boeredsillygoatranch@hotmail.com  &  hold  &  highlight  up  including  JLGA  Sponsorship  Letter.
     2)  Right  click  on  the  highlighted  area.
     3)  When  your  print  box  comes  up,  click  selection,  then  apply,  then  print.

If  you  can't  get  it  to  print  out  or  don't  have  a  printer,  then  please  contact  Mrs.  Cindy  &  she  can  email  or  snail  mail  you  a  copy  that  you  can  then  copy  as  you  need  them.

When  presenting  Letter  for  Sponsorship

Please  fill  out  two  copies  for  each  sponsor.  One  for  them  to  keep  &  one  to  turn  into  Mrs.  Cindy.

Also  if  the  Sponsor  would  like  a  book  receipt  for  tax  purposes,  please  note  that  on  the  JLGA  copy  &  when  Mrs.  Cindy  receives  the  letter  she  will  mail  the  Sponsor  the  requested  receipt.

Please  make  sure  to  get  the  Sponsor's  Name  as  they  would  like  it  to  appear  on  the  website.  Also  please  note  what  the  sponsorship  is  for.  For  example:  State  Fair  Bayou  Certified  Market  Goat  Buckle  or  "End  of  Year"  Bayou  Certified  Commercial  Doe  Class  awards.  On  this  page  you  can  find  a  list  of  all  sponsorships  still  available  along  with  cost.

Please  make  sure  they  fill  in  their  complete  address  including  phone  number  &  if  they  have  a  web  address  they  would  like  put  on  the  sponsor's  page,  please  be  sure  to  write  it  down  also.

Don't  forget  the  amount  &  to  sign  as  the  JLGA  Representative  asking  for  the  sponsorship.
