BAYOU  CERTIFICATION  FORM  FOR  BREEDING  GOATS

*Please  Note*
You  must  send  in  a  copy  of  the  registration  papers  on  each  breeding  goat  being  submitted  for  Bayou
          Certification.  This  can  either  be  done  via  postal  mail  at  the  time  you  send  in  your  Bayou  
          Certification  forms  &  fees,  or  papers  can  be  scanned  &  sent  via  email  to:

Breeder  must  be  a  Louisiana  resident  &  goats  being  submitted  must  have  been  conceived  &  born  in
          Louisiana.  A  Breeder  is  defined  as  the  owner  of  the  dam  (of  the  offspring  being  submitted)  at  
          the  time  of  conception.
Bayou  Certification  Fee  is  $10.00  per  goat.
